About Your Expert

Meet Dr. Keara Taylor, ND

Dr. Keara Taylor is a Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical focus in women’s hormonal health, from PMS to PCOS, fertility, pregnancy and menopause. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (formerly NAMS) and passionate about helping women to understand their bodies and feel like themselves through all phases of life.

Dr. Keara obtained her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and prior to that received an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University. Prior to becoming a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Keara worked as a Chartered Accountant for many years.

In her spare time, Keara loves to spend time outdoors in nature with her family going for long walks or swimming in the lake. She can also be found cozied up indoors with a good book or baking a decadent chocolate treat with her daughter.
